Provides a listing of specialties you provide, including special treatments, state of the art technology, before/after photos and new procedures.

Request Appointment Form

This special feature lets patients request a specific time and date for their appointment. The request automatically generates an email to the designated office staffer who can then schedule the appointment based on availability.

Directions

This feature provides patients customized door-to-door driving directions and maps to your office. No more calls from lost patients or late appointment arrivals.

Contact Us

Many clients use this feature for follow-up contact and communication with patients. The automatic email is forwarded to the designated office administrator or doctor, who then has an opportunity to correspond with patients at their convenience.

Updates/Edits

We are a one-stop shop which means we can build your site, host it and maintain it. We hope you would sign up for a maintenance agreement after your site is completed. A maintenance agreement is a combination of hosting fees plus some of our professional services time to make updates to your site when necessary. These changes can be content changes or site structure changes.

Email

Your site includes email addresses for doctors and key staff members that can be accessed from any computer with an Internet connection. The email system uses a POP3 server which means you can set up your favorite email client (e.g. Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape) to download your email to your computer.

Online Forms

Patients can access office forms online such as: New Patient Forms, Insurance Forms, Privacy Practices and Surveys. These forms can be included in a PDF, Word Document and/or HTML format. We can include your office forms on your new site like the one we have included below:
