Getting Started

You are NOT commiting to anything by sending us your information. We will be happy to contact you and answer any questions you have. You can also check the boxes of any additional services in which you might be interested.

When you are satisfied that we are the ones to create your site we will start the building process. Based on our emails or conversations we will give you a proposal for building your site.

Once you've accepted the proposal we ask that you send us whatever materials you would like to put online. You can email or post mail these materials.
Suggested Materials:

  • Photos or digital images
  • Brochures
  • Documents of text you want posted to the site
  • Company letterhead
  • Business cards
  • Patient forms in softcopy or hardcopy

When we contact you will be try to be as brief but thorough as possible. We know your time is valuable. A lot of our questions about content can usually be answered by an office manager or knowledgable staffer.

After the site is completed we will "launch" the site which means the site will be available to the public in a short time usually 48-72 hours.
