 E-Newsletter Service
You get them in your inbox all the time, an email with the look and feel of the sender's website and with pertinent information. You could use a tool like that to send important information to your patients and others who are interested. But how do you get started? We offer an e-newsletter service to accomplish just that! During the setup phase we set up your distribution list and a template that resembles your site design and what you would like to send in the e-newsletter. Then periodically you can send us information you want sent and we use your template and distribution list to send the new information. Contact us for more information about this service.

Current Site Upgrades

Search Engine Consultation
"Search engine submission" refers to the act of getting your web site listed with search engines. Another term for this is search engine registration. We will submit your site to the major free directories like YAHOO and DMOZ Open Directory. We will also submit your site to the major free web crawlers like YAHOO's crawler and GOOGLE.
"Search engine optimization" refers to the act of altering your site so that it may rank well for particular terms, especially with crawler-based search engines (what these are will be explained later in this guide).
Web Template Customization
Your site comes with your choice of a pre-built web template. It also includes one of our designers taking that template and customizing it to meet your needs. This includes adding you or your practice's name, customization of the navigation and adding any logo that you might already be using. If you need or desire additional work done on the template this is where that rate applies.
Logo Design
During those residency graveyard shifts did you doodle and come up with a logo that you would one day use for your letterhead? Do you have a favorite design that you'd like to use on your site? Our graphic designers can recreate them in electronic format for use on your web pages, your e-newsletters and can even send them to your printer for your printing needs.
Custom Graphics Design
Been thinking about what you want your site to look like? Do you have a colleague that has some great features on his/her site and you'd like to use something similar? Our graphic designers will listen to how you would like your site to look and work up demos for you to see. When you are satisfied, we will use the design and build your site from the ground up to your specifications. You will get to have one round of revisions after the designer has created what you described.
PDF Creation
PDFs (Portable Document Format) are one the most common ways to deliver documents across the internet because the PDF Reader is freely available. This is the best way to get forms to patients before their visit to have them and your staff time and cut down on missing information. If you have your existing office forms in a Word Format (.doc) or only have hardcopies we can create these forms in PDF format.

If you need to capture and store information from forms on your site or want to offer dynamic content using a database we have the expertise to accomplish this. Site Search Capabilities
If you have a lot of content on your site and as your site continues to grow and you add more and more useful information for your patients you may want to add search capabilities.
